Both buildings proudly hold the prestigious LEED Gold certification jointly making them one among the largest IT office space of its kind in the State of Kerala, India.
‘DownTown Trivandrum’ is the upcoming flagship project designed and developed by Embassy-Taurus TechZone. The project currently under phased construction, is poised to offer 60 lakhs (6 million) square feet of built-up space. This multi-purpose project integrates IT work spaces, business and retail centres, and serviced apartment facilities- all architected as a micro-township that propels a unique self-sustainable model ‘walk-to-work’ lifestyle. On completion, ‘DownTown Trivandrum’ is set to become yet another significant milestone in Kerala’s IT infrastructure space by Technopark.
The ‘Niagara’ IT business complex erected by Embassy-Taurus TechZone has marked a new chapter at Technopark Phase III campus by making a grand debut as the first SEZ venture in the ‘DownTown Trivandrum’ project. This Indian Green Building Council (IGBC) LEED Certified IT infrastructure facility boasts 1.5 million square feet of IT office space and serves as a hub for multinational companies comprising leading corporate and Fortune 100 businesses. Additionally, construction works of Phase-III campus are appreciably progressing to complete the remaining 45 lakh square feet of IT workspace.
