Taurus Investment Holdings - Technopark Phase III

In Technopark Phase 3, the Embassy Taurus Downtown project is currently under construction, contributing to the ongoing development of Technopark. Envisioned as a key component of the phase's expansion, Taurus Downtown aims to establish a world-class business infrastructure within Technopark.

 

Projected with a total investment of Rs 1800 crore in two phases, Taurus Downtown is set to transform into a vibrant City Centre for Technopark, encompassing 55.58 lakh sq.ft. of IT SEZ and IT non-SEZ space. This ambitious project will feature three towers, offering a combined total of 36.45 lakh sq.ft. of IT office space and 19.13 lakh sq.ft. of non-IT space. The non-IT areas will cater to retail outlets, entertainment facilities, and F&B establishments, enhancing the overall experience for occupants and visitors alike.

 

Additionally, the project includes the development of a 175-key Business Hotel and 300-key service apartments by Asset Homes, further enriching the ecosystem of the area. The office space within the Embassy Taurus Downtown project will be branded as the Embassy Taurus World Technology Centre, providing plug-and-play facilities tailored for start-ups and small businesses.

 

Upon completion, the Embassy-Taurus Downtown project is expected to generate significant employment opportunities, with projections indicating approximately 30,000 direct jobs and 90,000 indirect jobs.

 

As part of this endeavor, 15 lakh sq.ft. of the IT building Niagara has already been constructed. This portion of the project was inaugurated by Hon. Chief Minister of Kerala, Shri. Pinarayi Vijayan, in the presence of esteemed guests. Notably, 85% of the office space within the 11-storeyed Niagara building has already been leased out, marking a promising start for this phase of the Embassy Taurus Downtown project.
