Transformative training at park center Technopark

Remaining at the forefront of your game in the corporate world requires constant adaptation. Staying abreast of the latest trends and learnings is essential. The team at Park Centre Technopark was privileged to undergo a training programme led by Dr. Manoj A.S., Head of Planning, Competency Development & Innovations at the ICT Academy of Kerala. Starting from the CEO all employees participated in the programme.
At the end of the training, Technopark employees unanimously said that the programme was engaging with sessions that reiterated on the importance of teamwork- staying as a team and delivering as a team. To inculcate the spirit of oneness in everyone’s mind Dr Manoj adopted a unique approach of setting goals through modes of gamification, examples and stories. The training programme winded up reiterating, regular employee engagement activities will help to enhance collaborations and effectiveness in the work environment.
