An MoU for setting up of the World Trade Centre Thiruvananthapuram in non SEZ land parcel at Technopark was signed by Col Sanjeev Nair (Retd), CEO of Technopark & Mr. Hrishikesh Nair, COO of Brigade Enterprises Limited. The document was handed over by Mr. M. R. Jaishankar Executive Chairman Brigade Group to The Hon’ble Chief Minister, Shri. Pinarayi Vijayan, in the presence of Ms. Sarada Muraleedharan IAS, Chief Secretary, Dr. Rathan U Kelkar IAS, E&IT Secretary, Ms.Nirupa Shankar, Jt. MD, Brigade Enterprises Ltd., Mr. Vineet Verma, MD, Brigade World Trade Centers.
“The premium office spaces of World Trade Centre by Brigade will be a big boost to the existing IT infrastructure of Technopark. With the supply of more Grade A office spaces in Technopark, the park will be able to attract more IT/ITeS companies/investments to consider Trivandrum as a preferred IT destination”, said Col. Sanjeev Nair (Retd), CEO Technopark.

The IT Co-developer has expressed interest to set up World Trade Centre in Technopark Phase I Campus which will have A Grade IT Office space, Five Star Hotel with amenities for business meetings, events, conferences etc.
