Technopark Phase II
Technopark Phase II is a captive SEZ campus leased out to UST Global and Infosys. Out of 86 acres, 50 acres is leased out to Infosys and 36 acres to M/s UST Technology International (P) Ltd for creating their own IT Infrastructure. Technopark Phase II campus is located near Kazhakkoottam, about 11 km from the city center and 8 km from the airport.

UST Global is one of the largest employers in Technopark and has been operating in Kerala since 2004. Infosys has a campus in Technopark Phase 2, which covers 50 acres of land and has a built-up space of 2.5 million sq.ft.
