Technopark Phase II

Technopark Phase-II campus in Thiruvananthapuram is an extension of Technopark campus that was developed to meet the growing demand for IT infrastructure in India and leased out to M/s UST and Infosys. The campus comprises 86 acres in Kerala. Technopark Phase-II is a captive IT SEZ campus in India out of which 50 acres are leased to Infosys and 36 acres to M/s UST for creating their own IT infrastructure. This Phase-II Technopark IT SEZ campus is also located near Kazhakkoottam, approximately 11 kilometers from the Trivandrum City centre and approximately 8 kilometers from the Trivandrum International Airport.

Buildings in Technopark Phase II

Technopark Phase-II campus is an IT SEZ Business Park in India leased out to UST and Infosys for creating their own IT infrastructure. Infosys, one of the largest employers of Technopark Trivandrum operates a 50-acre campus featuring 2.5 million square feet of built-up space and housing a workforce of 10,000. Since 2004, UST has been operating a 36-acre campus within Trivandrum Technopark, where it supports a workforce of 8000.
