The Kiosk Space in Thejaswini building is ideal for exhibitions, trade shows, and events, offering a well-lit and flexible environment for interaction. Note: Exhibitions involving food items or dress/apparel displays are not permitted. Kiosk Guidelines. • Facility: The space (up to 82 sq. ft.) accommodates one or two tables. A maximum of two members are allowed at the kiosk. • Flex Items: Flex materials (e.g., Korean cloth, backdrops, standees) are not allowed. • Leaflet Distribution: Leaflets can only be handed to interested visitors, not distributed randomly. • Damage: Avoid damage to walls, floors, or fixtures. Any damage must be covered as per Technopark’s policy. • Cleanliness: Dispose of all waste after use. • No Plastic: Plastic items, including water bottles, are prohibited. • Contact: For assistance, contact the Assignment Inspector at 9846241797.
