Digital Science Park: It is the country’s first Digital Science Park (DSP) and its foundation stone was laid by the Honourable Prime Minister of India Shri Narendra Modi. The DSP has empowered Technocity to achieve a key benchmark in the country’s shift to a high-tech economy.
Digital University Kerala (DUK): Commissioned in February 2021, this institution sits in a 10.33 acre campus inside Technocity. The formal name of this university is: the Kerala University of Digital Sciences, Innovation and Technology.
Kabani IT Building : That’s the name for Technocity’s first IT building and it was inaugurated by the Kerala Chief Minister Shri Pinarayi Vijayan on February 4, 2021. Kabani features a built-up area of 2 lakh square feet, currently housing twenty IT companies.
TCS Campus: It’s a majestic 94 acre campus within Technocity and is dedicated to advancing technologies like IoT, Blockchain, Data Analytics and AI- scheduled to get commissioned in December 2024.
KSPACE: Kerala Space Park or the (KSPACE) project is an initiative of the Government of Kerala to promote establishment of industries in strategic areas like space, aviation and defence thereby making Kerala a leading hub for products and services linked to space, aviation and defence.
Suntec Business Solutions: The Company commissioned their first IT building of 3.10 lakhs square feet built-up area along with 30,000 square feet of club house and recreation centre in their 10 acre campus at Technocity.
