  As part of its CSR initiative, Gemini Software Solutions Pvt Ltd., a company based in Technopark since 1998, has constructed two ‘Mother & Child’ wards at the Government Mental Health Centre, Trivandrum. The building was inaugurated on May 11, 2022, at the GMHC premises by Dr Sashi Tharoor MP and presided by Adv V.K. Prasanth MLA. Shri K. Sanil Kumar, CBI Judge and Chairman TLSC, Trivandrum dedicated the building. The ward is the first of its kind in the state for a mental health centre. Shri Renjit Darwin, Director, Gemini Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd. handed over the key to Dr Anil Kumar, Superintendent, GHMC. This project was executed in coordination with District Legal Services Authority (DLSA) as part of ‘Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav’ programme.

  Fingent recently welcomed its employees back to the office with an amazing carnival themed party. Fingent Carnival - A celebration of the Fingent Vibe drew many Fingentites dressing in theme-based costumes as part of the jovial evening. The party had on-the-spot competitions, music and dance events, and a DJ, as well. At the costume party, Fingentites dressed as superheroes and villains, as well as characters from retro romances, comedies, and horror movies.

  AOT Technologies , a Canadian firm run by Malayali entrepreneurs George Philip and Praveen Ramachandran, opened its new office in Technopark. Dr Shashi Tharoor MP inaugurated the function and launched the new venture of AOT - Cosmogence. The co-founders said they designed the office in an employee-friendly manner and to accommodate work/life balance by providing flexible options. Alistair MacGregor, Canada's Parliamentary Member, Don Fast, former Deputy Minister for the Province of British Columbia, Dr Rajasree M S, Vice-Chancellor of APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University, Mr John M Thomas, Kerala IT Parks CEO, and S N Raghuchandran Nair, President of Thiruvananthapuram Chamber of Commerce attended the event.

• Prathidhwani Qisa Award Night ...

  The screening and award distribution ceremony of the tenth edition of techies' biggest film festival in Kerala, PQFF 2022, took place at Travancore Hall, Technopark, on April 23, 2022. The packed room was treated to 17 short films directed by IT employees from across the state. To much applause, Jury Chairman Krishendu Kalesh and Jury members Krishand R K and Archana Padmini announced the awards. Chief Guest of the event, acclaimed film director Jeo Baby, and the Honourable Kazhakkuttam MLA, Sri Kadakampally Surendran presented the awards. An open forum session followed, during which the jury members and chief guest interacted with the crowd and exchanged views on filmmaking.
