Job Summary:

The SEO Executive will be responsible for managing all aspects of search engine optimization (SEO) for our associate organizational websites, including on-page and off-page optimization, keyword research, link building, and analysis of website traffic and metrics. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of current SEO best practices and be able to work collaboratively with the marketing team to develop and execute effective SEO strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct keyword research to identify new opportunities for optimization and content creation
  • Optimize website content, including meta tags, headers, and images, to improve search engine visibility
  • Build and manage a portfolio of high-quality backlinks to improve website authority and search engine ranking
  • Monitor and analyze website traffic and performance using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console
  • Identify and implement technical SEO improvements, such as improving site speed and fixing crawl errors
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and best practices and share knowledge with the marketing team
  • Collaborate with the content team to develop and execute content marketing strategies that align with SEO goals

Preferred skills


  • Proven experience in SEO, with a track record of improving search engine rankings and driving traffic to websites
  • Strong understanding of on-page and off-page optimization techniques, as well as technical SEO best practices
  • Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical SEO concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decisions
  • Familiarity with content management systems like WordPress and the ability to edit HTML and CSS is a plus


Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in SEO or digital marketing, with a focus on SEO
