Brief description :
Job Summary:
The SEO Executive will be responsible for managing all aspects of search engine optimization (SEO) for our associate organizational websites, including on-page and off-page optimization, keyword research, link building, and analysis of website traffic and metrics. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of current SEO best practices and be able to work collaboratively with the marketing team to develop and execute effective SEO strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct keyword research to identify new opportunities for optimization and content creation
- Optimize website content, including meta tags, headers, and images, to improve search engine visibility
- Build and manage a portfolio of high-quality backlinks to improve website authority and search engine ranking
- Monitor and analyze website traffic and performance using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console
- Identify and implement technical SEO improvements, such as improving site speed and fixing crawl errors
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and best practices and share knowledge with the marketing team
- Collaborate with the content team to develop and execute content marketing strategies that align with SEO goals

Requirements:
- Proven experience in SEO, with a track record of improving search engine rankings and driving traffic to websites
- Strong understanding of on-page and off-page optimization techniques, as well as technical SEO best practices
- Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical SEO concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decisions
- Familiarity with content management systems like WordPress and the ability to edit HTML and CSS is a plus
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in SEO or digital marketing, with a focus on SEO
