Candidates who are Fresher /Recent graduates or have relevant experience can apply.
Job Role:
- International voice – Non-Technical (United Kingdom)
- Ensuring a fair settlement and good customer service
- Liaising with the claimant and advising them on any issues that arise
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer service calls
- Working towards and exceeding KPI’s set on a daily basis
- Handle constructive objections politely and efficiently
- Ensure the correct processes and procedures are followed in a regulated environment

- An excellent team player, who is keen to progress within an organization
- Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office
- Confident and effective communicator
- Knowledge of ERP
