- 5+ years of ServiceNow development Experience in ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, SPM
- 2+ years of experience architecting and delivering complex solutions across all workflows, on the Now Platform Implementation experience of ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD (at least 2)
- Experience in Integration using REST/SOAP APIs, Delivering hands-on configuration, development, and integrations within different modules of ServiceNow.
- Familiar with ServiceNow features of Flow designer, Integration hub, UI builder, App Engine, Virtual agent, Predictive Intelligence, Process Automation and Mobile Apps Knowledge of ITIL
- String problem-solving mindset with Excellent communication, facilitation, negotiation, and coaching skills
- Strong decision-making, critical thinking, organizational and analytical skills.
- Experience working in a multicultural environment with a diverse workforce, and global projects.
- Certification: Certified System Administrator, CIS is any one of ITOM product suites is preferred.
