- Clean-up users which have left the company
Functional Support:
- Login and access issues
- Access to servers
- Create New JIRA tickets
- Addresses questions about functional behavior or capabilities (with help from the Product Owner)
- Addresses questions about methodology (with help from Methods & Tools team)
- Addresses basic infrastructure issues (with help from IS CoC)
- Abnormal observations
- Basic methodology support
- Working the life cycle of a help desk incident
