Brief description :

  • ITIL experience is necessary.
  • Good Communication skill

 

Account Management & Licenses:

  • Clean-up users which have left the company

Functional Support:

  • Login and access issues
  • Access to servers
  • Create New JIRA tickets
  • Addresses  questions about functional behavior or capabilities (with help from the Product Owner)
  • Addresses questions about methodology (with help from Methods & Tools team)
  • Addresses basic infrastructure issues (with help from IS CoC)
  • Abnormal observations
  • Basic methodology support
  • Working the life cycle of a help desk incident

 

 

Preferred skills

Experience         : 3 to 5 Yrs

Job Location       : Chennai

Notice Period      : Immediate to 30 days
