As a Technical Recruiter at XILLIGENCE, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent in the technology domain. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in technical recruiting, a deep understanding of the technology landscape, and the ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers. 



  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and preferences for open positions. 
  • Source, screen, and interview potential candidates to assess their technical skills, cultural fit, and interest in the role. 
  • Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to identify and engage with passive candidates. 
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial candidate contact to offer negotiation and onboarding. 
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. 
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies to inform recruitment strategies. 
  • Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. 

Preferred skills

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, or a related field. 
  • 4+ years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably in the Technopark. 
  • Proven track record of successfully recruiting technical roles, including software developers, test engineers, and other technology professionals. 
  • Strong understanding of technical skills, programming languages, and industry-specific qualifications. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders. 
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools. 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
