We have an opening for International BPO non-voice process.

Qualification :

Graduation in any discipline good and hands on computer knowledge (Windows, MS-Office, Outlook, Internet etc.)

Requirements:

• Above 0-2 Years of working in BPO/BPM preferably in IT/ITES companies
• Analysing and processing various types of data according to the standards
• Need good communication skill and basic computer skills.
• Immediate joiners needed.
• Must discuss every matter with the supervisor or team leader to get any issue sorted
• Giving a resolution to the customers or clients
• Listen to team members feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts
• Submit regular reports to management and seek new ideas and strategies to improve performance at the process
• Keep up with trends and happenings in the industry and ensuring adherence to industry standards
• Ensure that clients are kept happy and satisfied at all times by providing prompt response and solutions to their challenges at all times

Preferred skills

• Excellent command of spoken and written English
• Ability to learn quickly on own initiative in the relevant applications
• Should have good typing skills
