Who we are looking for:
Production coordinator is responsible for overseeing the various activities and resources involved in producing a project. This includes organising and scheduling production timelines, coordinating with various departments and arranging teams and ensuring that the project stays on schedule and within budget.
Responsibilities
Planning and scheduling production timelines and workflows, including pre-production, production, and post-production phases.
Coordinating with various departments and individuals involved in the project, such as Vendors, creative project managers, Developers and higher management.
Arranging for supplies needed for production, including Voiceover and footages script etc
Ensuring that all legal and contractual obligations are met, such as obtaining necessary releases and clearances.
Facilitating communication between various departments and individuals involved in the project.
Anticipating and resolving issues that may arise during production, such as scheduling conflicts or team availability.
Maintaining detailed records of production activities, including daily production reports and monthly reports.
Ensuring that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
In addition to the above duties, a production coordinator may also be responsible for managing and supervising assistants and interns, and for performing other related tasks as required. Strong organisational, communication, and problem--solving skills are essential for success in this role.
