Who we are looking for:
Articulate Storyline Developer will be responsible for creating engaging and interactive e-learning courses using Articulate Storyline software. The Developer will collaborate with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and graphic designers to develop online courses that are visually appealing, informative, and effective in achieving learning objectives.
Responsibilities
Develop interactive e-learning courses using Articulate Storyline software.
Collaborate with subject matter experts and instructional designers to ensure courses meet learning objectives and align with organisational goals.
Create engaging and visually appealing course content, including interactive activities, quizzes, and multimedia elements.
Test and troubleshoot courses to ensure they function properly on various devices and platforms.
Implement course updates and revisions as needed.
Document course design and development processes, including outlining project plans, timelines, and milestones.
Keep up to date with the latest e-learning design and development trends and technologies.
Preferred skills
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in instructional design, multimedia design, or related field.
Proven experience designing and developing e-learning courses using Articulate Storyline software.
Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theory.
Excellent visual design skills, including the ability to create engaging and interactive course content.
Familiarity with multimedia development tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite.
Experience with learning management systems, such as Moodle or Blackboard.
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet project timelines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
The Articulate Storyline Developer will play a critical role in developing online courses that are engaging, informative, and effective in achieving learning objectives. This position requires strong visual design skills, an understanding of instructional design principles, and proficiency in Articulate Storyline software.
