We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our team on contractual basis and drive the successful execution of strategic projects.

Job Description:

As a Project Manager at Twinsway Technologies, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and successful delivery of various projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage project resources, and ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

Your role will involve:

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, making strategic decisions to minimize disruptions.
• Maintain clear and regular communication with project stakeholders, providing updates on project progress and addressing concerns.
• Implement and oversee quality control processes to ensure project deliverables meet or exceed quality standards.
• Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and budget while ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Maintain detailed project documentation, including status reports, issue logs, and lessons learned.
• Conduct project evaluations, analyze project performance, and implement process improvements.

• Bachelor's degree ; PMP certification is a plus.
• 5+ years of proven experience in project management in IT industry handling team of developers and qa in service sectors preferrable
• Proficiency in project management software.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of industry best practices and project management methodologies.

• This is a *contract position located in Technopark Trivandrum.
