About the Role

We are seeking an Angular Developer to be one of our team members to join us on our mission. In this role, you’ll have a big opportunity to directly influence the technical and product design choices we will make.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Coding! Much of your time will be doing what you love, developing clean efficient code

  • Working with the team on the technical discovery, scoping, and design of our solutions

  • Helping the team with continuous improvement of the build and deployment process

  • Mentoring colleagues whenever needed

  • Learning – both through teammates and training resources

  • Collaborating with all of the team to ensure we are always delivering just enough to give value to our customers

  • Attend stand-up progress meetings and backlog/requirements refinement meetings daily.

  • Helping us with the challenge of dealing with some technical debt, often through exciting new projects.

  • Written and spoken English fluency.

We would like to speak with you if you have

 

  • 3+ years of experience with Angular 6 or higher

  • 3+ years of experience with HTML/CSS

  • Strong JavaScript background (Typescript, Javascript )

  • Self-drive with unit testing and the ability to pick the issues.

  • Solid experience in using REST API from the client-side

  • Strong architecture and system design skills

  • Comfortable with modern toolings like ES6 and babel/webpack

  • Strong understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues, and ways to work around them

  • Good understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git / SVN

  • Significant experience in debugging using JavaScript-based tools like Chrome Developer Console

  • Strong ability to evaluate and analyze tradeoffs between implementation time, maintainability, and impact
