Job description :
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team, ensuring best practices and coding standards are followed.
• Collaborate with product managers and cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Design and develop responsive and user-friendly frontend interfaces using React and related technologies.
• Create and maintain robust backend APIs and services using Node.js, Express, and other relevant technologies.
• Architect scalable and maintainable software solutions that align with the company’s technical vision.
• Lead code reviews and ensure code quality, consistency, and adherence to coding standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the application stack.
• Integrate third-party APIs and services as required by the project.
• Mentor and coach junior developers, fostering their technical growth and skill development.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in full stack development.
• Contribute to project planning, estimation, and documentation processes.
Preferred skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in full stack development using React and Node.js.
• Expertise in JavaScript and proficiency in TypeScript for frontend and backend development.
• Strong knowledge of frontend technologies including React, Redux (or equivalent state management), and CSS frameworks.
• Experience in creating RESTful APIs and backend services using Node.js, Express, and related technologies.
• Familiarity with databases such as MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
• Solid understanding of version control systems, particularly Git.
• Proven experience leading development teams and providing technical guidance.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• A portfolio of completed projects showcasing your proficiency in React and Node.js development
