Job description:
Lead a team of developers and provide technical guidance, mentoring, and performance management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Design and develop high-quality software solutions using .NET Core, Angular, and Azure technologies.
Lead code reviews to ensure code quality, consistency, and adherence to coding standards.
Architect scalable and maintainable solutions that align with the company’s technical vision.
Participate in project planning, estimation, and documentation processes.
Stay up-to-date with the latest .NET technologies, frameworks, and best practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the application stack.
Work closely with product managers and designers to ensure successful project delivery.
Manage and prioritize project tasks, ensuring deadlines are met and milestones achieved.
Preferred skills
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in .NET development.
Proficiency in .NET Core, C#, and ASP.NET MVC/Web API.
Strong expertise in frontend technologies including Angular, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
Experience in cloud technologies, particularly Azure services (e.g., Azure App Service, Azure Functions).
Previous experience leading development teams and providing technical guidance.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical challenges.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with version control systems, especially Git.
Ability to balance technical leadership and hands-on development.
Proven ability to manage project tasks, priorities, and deadlines.
Experience with Agile methodologies and practices is a plus.
