Roles and Responsibilities

Lead Generation:

  • Initiate outbound sales calls to prospective customers from provided lists, databases, or leads generated through marketing efforts.
  • Identify and qualify potential sales opportunities.

Product Knowledge:

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the products or services offered by the company.
  • Communicate product features, benefits, and pricing effectively to potential customers.

Sales Pitch:

  • Deliver a compelling and persuasive sales pitch to capture the interest of potential customers.
  • Highlight the value and solutions that the product or service can provide.

Needs Assessment:

  • Engage in active listening to understand the needs, preferences, and pain points of potential customers.
  • Tailor product recommendations to address specific customer requirements.

Objection Handling:

  • Address customer objections and concerns with confidence and provide information or solutions to overcome objections.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude throughout interactions.

Closing Sales:

  • Work toward achieving sales targets and quotas by successfully closing sales deals.
  • Secure customer commitments and collect necessary information for processing orders.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Maintain accurate and organized records of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM software.
  • Provide excellent post-sales support and follow-up as needed.

Sales Reporting:

  • Generate and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to track and measure performance against targets.
  • Provide regular updates to sales management.

Market Feedback:

  • Gather and communicate feedback from customers regarding their needs, preferences, and competitor offerings to inform product development and marketing strategies.

Compliance and Ethics:

  • Adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and ethical sales practices.

Preferred skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent (some positions may require a bachelor's degree).
  • Proficient in English and Hindi Language.
  • Proven experience in outbound telesales, telemarketing, or a related sales role.
  • Strong verbal communication skills with an engaging and persuasive phone presence.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and establish trust with potential customers.
  • Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Effective objection-handling and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools for lead management and reporting.
