Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential clients in the IT sector through various channels, including online research, social media, and industry events.
- Generate leads and create a pipeline of prospects interested in IT solutions and services.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the company's IT products and services.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to effectively communicate the value of our offerings to potential customers.
- Initiate contact with potential customers via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of our IT solutions.
- Listen to customer needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.
- Work towards sales targets and quotas by effectively managing leads and opportunities.
- Prepare and present quotes, proposals, and contracts to potential clients.
- Negotiate terms and conditions to close deals and secure contracts.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions using CRM software.
- Generate regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Collaborate with colleagues, including account managers, technical specialists, and marketing teams, to ensure seamless customer experiences and maximize sales opportunities.
- Stay current with industry certifications and training to enhance IT knowledge and sales skills.
- Attend training sessions, webinars, and workshops as required.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Proven experience in IT sales, inside sales, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of IT products and services, including hardware, software, cloud solutions, and IT consulting services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent English and Hindi Language Proficiency to deal with international Clients.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving IT landscape.
