Experience: 10 to 15
Job location :Cochin
• MBA graduate with 10+ years of proven experience in Software Product Engineering Service sales
• A B Tech background will be an added advantage
• Proven ability to acquire fortune 500 customers in the space of enterprise & mobility or Telecom vertical with respect to software engineering services
• Ability to create an effective Go To Market Strategy
• Acumen to understand the product / Software Service strengths and then later define marketing strategy
• Prior experience and proven track record of closing minimum 2-3 Million USD of sales orders on an annual basis
• Direct Sales exposure in US / European markets is a must
• Experience of working with major Enterprise customers across the globe is an added advantage
• Ability to manage participation in events and trade shows.
• Lead generation by vetting the list of suspects/prospects.
• Prior experience in managing a Lead Generation team with a target driven approach
• Proven experience in handling RFP’s
• Credible customer relationship management skills
• A proactive self-starter, who can operate both individually and as part of a team
• Must be aware of full cycle process of Client acquisition that includes Market Research, Lead Generation, E-mail campaign, Cold calling, fixing up meetings, closing deals, follow up on agreements, etc..
• An ability to manage multiple deals at once with an eye towards cost, business opportunity and strategic value and must have ability of Priority Setting & Time Management.
