Experience:
- Led at least 4 to 5 projects as a Lead and about 2 or 3 projects as a Manager
- Should have handled teams with size of 10-20 members
- Experience in Agile software development process
- Experience in executing all Software Development Life Cycle Phases.
- Experience in using project management tools such as Microsoft Project Planner/JIRA/Twilio/Slack etc.
- Techno-managerial person who is, Hands on, in terms of coding Python Applications
SkillSet:
- Excellent Project Management, Team Management Skills
- Excellent Customer Management Skills
- Willingness to work in different time zones, extended work hours
- Willing to Travel on Business Visits for shorter and longer durations as per the needs of work
- Willingness to manage multiple projects
- Able to adapt to the changing technologies, work patterns/methodologies as per need
- Able to co-ordinate aptly with Clients/Project Lead/Quality Team/Testing Team/Vendors/Managers as appropriate
- Able to provide pre-sales support like Customer presentation, Solution design, Proposal estimations
