Are you a nurse with hospital experience? Join our Healthcare IT Company as a Clinical Workflow Analyst! No prior IT experience required only hospital experience required. We will render detailed training for you in our product and get you comfortable to our IT eco system.
Job Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with partner hospital nursing staff to identify key issues and challenges in areas like duty scheduling, patient assessment, medicine administration, patient education, patient care, record keeping, documentation, crisis management etc.
• Assess existing clinical workflows, identifying areas of inefficiency and opportunities for improvement.
• Provide training and education to healthcare staff regarding new workflows developed by our team.
• Stay updated on healthcare regulations, quality standards, and accreditation requirements.
• Be open to traveling to customer locations (hospitals) as needed to engage with stakeholders.
Preferred skills
Preferred Skills:
• Excellent academic track record.
• Proficiency in Malayalam and English.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently with minimal supervision.
Qualifications:
• B.Sc. /M.Sc. in Nursing/ Ph.D (preference for candidates with published research papers.) • Clinical experience of 3 years or more in Hospitals as a nurse
Package: 6 to 9 lakhs Indian Rupees per annum.
