Career Counsellors work with clients to help them enter the right jobs, change careers, and look for employment opportunities.They provide guidance to those facing uncertainty about job-related decisions. The job follows extremely flexible working hours and is on work from home mode. We are looking for empathetic and efficient career counsellors to aid our clients with proper career related guidance and assist them in selecting their preferred career paths. The Career Counsellor will be required to uncover clients' prominent and latent strengths and administer them to perform CAREER ASSESSMENT. The career counsellor, should act as the perfect career guide and propose career-related options to clients.

Preferred skills

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial psychology, social development, human resources, or 
similar/ Other
• Moderately knowledgeable about ever-changing career trends across dominant industries.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills.
• Good investigative, assessment, and communication skills.
• Ability to convince clients to enter their appropriate discipline, by pointing out its positive outcomes and available opportunities
