Brief description :

We are looking for an ambitious UI/UX Designer to turn our software into easy-to-use products for our clients. UI/UX Designer responsibilities include gathering user requirements, designing graphic elements, building navigation components and understand the need, to achieve a balance between innovation and the most appropriate solution for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct user research and competitor analysis in collaboration with product  managers and engineers and interpret data and qualitative feedback
• Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
• Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets.
• Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like
• Create original graphic designs prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems.
• Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
• Conduct testing of sample applications, websites and software to assess user experience and ease of design
• Make the product or service usable, enjoyable, and accessible.

Preferred skills

Requirements and skills

• Candidate’s with Bachelors/Masters/Diploma are preferred .

• Portfolio of design projects
• Knowledge of wireframe tools
• Team spirit , strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders

·         Must have a strong skill in Photoshop.

·         Strong command of essential front-end web technologies: HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap.

·         Should have a deep understanding of the balance of colours, textures and interactive elements such as navigational design components that make a user-friendly web/mobile interface.

Salary: 3 to 4 lakh per annum

Experience required: 0 to 3 years
