  • Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve revenue and meet targets
  • Always be updated on industry trends and emerging technologies
  • Must be capable to identify market opportunities and potential clients for business expansion and growth
  • Must be capable to generate new leads, build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and
  • Must be apt to prepare and deliver compelling proposals
  • Must have negotiation skills and must be capable to find mutual benefit solutions
  • Must collaborate with the senior marketing team and provide them accurate sales forecasts and the activities and progress on sales.

Preferred skills

  • Must have experience in sales 2 – 5 years, meetings and exceeding sales targets
  • Must have knowledge of IT services and technologies
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Prior experience in CRM and sales tracking tools.
