Roles & Responsibilities:

• Need to have great communication skill to deal with client calls daily.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to provide on-call solutions
• Support team in analysing requirements and deriving solution.
• Review code, design and other submissions to customer.
• Ensure quality of product delivered.
• Interact with customer to present technical solutions and clarify technical aspects of project
• Build customer relation through good interactions and responsiveness.
• Design, development, testing, debugging, documentation activities for projects.
• Work on projects that require configuration and code customizations in software products.
• Expand existing and create software to meet the changing needs of industry.
• Contribute to software design and architecture
• In-depth knowledge in Software and IT/hardware setup including network configuration

Preferred skills

Required Skills (Technical Competency):

• Experience with Google Web Tool (GWT), Nodejs, Hibernate ORM, Apache Tomcat/Wildfly Web server, Javascript, Ember optional.
• Tools - Visio, UML, Wireshark, Postman, Jira, Confluence, GiT, Message Distributer (Internal Pub/Sub messaging tool)
• Protocols - Sockets, Web service (REST, SOAP), Flat file (FTP)
• Good communication skills and dynamic in handling diverse culture customers.
• Knowledge of ware house management is advantage(optional)
• Experience with Software development life cycles.
