- Plan and manage recruitment and selection
- Plan and conduct new employee orientation
- identify and manage training and development needs for employees
- develop and implement human resources policies and procedures
- administer HR policies and procedures
- review and update employee rules and regulations
- maintain the human resource information system andemployee database.
- Minimum 2 year of human resources experience
- Strong knowledge in recruitment process
- knowledge of the principles and practices of HR management.
Preferred skills
2 years experience in HR Field.
Preferred any Degree or Masters in Business Adminstration Specialised in HR.
Good Communication Skill.
