Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience (at least 7 years) as an Agile Project Manager or similar role, specifically working on medium to large size projects in the retail domain.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, and hands-on experience in implementing Agile principles.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the capacity to navigate complex project challenges.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- Experience in managing distributed teams across multiple locations, including the United States and India.
- Knowledge of digital transformation trends and technologies in the retail domain, such as omnichannel retail, e-commerce platforms, customer experience, and supply chain management.
- Proficiency in project management tools, such as JIRA, Confluence is a must.
- Having a strong technical project management background and technical understanding is an advantage.
- Project management certifications, such as PMP or Agile certifications (e.g., CSM, PSM, PMI-ACP), are a plus.
