Tertiary Qualifications in Computer Science of similar discipline
• 6+ Years testing experience with hands on test automation experience.
• 4+ Years of experience working in agile delivery environment.
• Experience in integrating test automation frameworks with a CI/CD model and tools
• Experience working across multiple test automation tools and frameworks.
• Exceptional interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to details.
• Demonstrable initiative and ability to work without close supervision
• A team player, Self-learner, investigative mind, problem solver
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for test planning and execution across applications (APIs, web components, databases)
• Responsible for automation of test solutions within assigned delivery streams (regardless of technology platform) to ensure they meet business requirements and comply with all relevant standards.
• Collaborate with the Delivery Lead, Developers and Architecture team to ensure that a test-driven approach is taken in to execution. Implement and optimise practices that ensure defects are caught early in the development / test lifecycle.
• Close collaboration with other Test Analysts in the program to ensure all testing activities are conducted with rigour and precision in alignment with AGL’s testing methodologies, standards and processes.
• Assist BAs to define Non-Functional requirements and engage relevant teams to perform non-functional testing when required.
Preferred skills
• Minimum 5+ Years testing experience with hands on test automation experience.
• 4+ Years of experience working in agile delivery environment.
• Experience in integrating test automation frameworks with a CI/CD model and tools
