• Experience: 2 to 5 years.   
• Education: Graduates in BE/BTech (Computer science or related) or Msc Computer science /MCA or equivalent. 

 Responsibilities 

• Capable to review and analyze system specifications. 
• Prepare test plans and test case documents and maintenance of the test environment. 
• Must get involved in manual testing and also prepare and execute automation scripts. 
• Ability to communicate well in verbal and written format to team members and clients. 
• Coordinate daily work with Project Manager, Technical Leads and Developers. 
• Provide regular training and mentoring to the team members. 

• Need hands-on experience in Selenium. 
• Experience in Web Testing [Security testing, Performance testing Load testing and Stress testing] 
• Knowledge in Load testing tools like Jmeter is an added advantage. 
• Good Communication Skill (verbal and written) 
• Experience in creating and maintaining test cases and executing test cases, performing exploratory, regression and stress testing on test builds. 
• Exposure to dev tools like Jira, Redmine etc. is required. 
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills. 
• Leadership and conflict resolution skills.
