NX Senior Engineer

Skills and Qualification:
• B.E. in Mechanical or Computer Science from reputed university with Distinction or higher.
• 4-6 years experience in NX Customization development with proven track record of developing high quality products/applications.
• Worked extensively on NX-Open/UFUNC and Knowledge Fusion (KF) application development.
• Good understanding of NX-Open, UFUNC and KF API's.
• Experience designing, building and testing Teamcenter custom applications, BMIDE, Closure rules, Teamcenter-NX integration etc.
• Should have good hands on experience in Modelling,Drafting and Assemblies in NX.
• Should have working knowledge of Sheetmetal, Kinematics and Routing in NX.
• Should be able to develop applications that work in TC integrated NX environment (managed mode).
• Good mathematical and geometrical analysis skills.
• Working knowledge of Teamcenter.
• Hands on experience in one or more of programming languages(C/C++, C#, JAVA)
• Analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude Likes to take ownership,learn quickly and has ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the software development life cycle, from planning and prioritizing to testing and release.
• Gathering system and user requirements, designing solutions in Teamcenter product and testing features before release
• Hands-on experience developing software with agile methodologies and have lead junior developers Develop high-quality NX Customizations.
• Identify, prioritize and execute tasks in the software development life cycle
• Perform unit and integration testing for custom NX applications.
• Contribute in NX customization upgrade/migration activities.

Provide coaching and guidance in NX programming to small team of developers

• Write well-designed, efficient code, along with non-performance parameters
