  • Handle the end-to-end recruitment process from Sourcing to Onboarding

  • Screen and interview candidates to ensure we put forward the best quality candidates to the interview panel

  • Consult with the hiring manager on overall hiring strategies and tailor your approach accordingly

  • Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends to ensure candidates can be evaluated against industry standard assessments

  • Network online and offline with potential candidates to promote our employer brand and ensure we attract the best professionals

Preferred skills

  • Minimum 2 years of Proven work experience in recruitment - ideally as a Technical Recruiter 

  • Hands-on experience with various interview formats (Direct interviews, Virtual interviews - Gmeet/Zoom/Teams, Campus hiring, Bulk hiring etc.)

  • Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles

  • Expert in LinkedIn and Naukri sourcing

  • Expert in working with HR consultancies and contractors based on requirements

  • Any RMS/ATS software using experience will be an added advantage

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong tenacity and ability to build a solid network

  • MBA in HR is preferred

  • Certifications in Technical Recruitment will be an added advantage
