Brief description :
Handle the end-to-end recruitment process from Sourcing to Onboarding
Screen and interview candidates to ensure we put forward the best quality candidates to the interview panel
Consult with the hiring manager on overall hiring strategies and tailor your approach accordingly
Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends to ensure candidates can be evaluated against industry standard assessments
Network online and offline with potential candidates to promote our employer brand and ensure we attract the best professionals
Preferred skills
Minimum 2 years of Proven work experience in recruitment - ideally as a Technical Recruiter
Hands-on experience with various interview formats (Direct interviews, Virtual interviews - Gmeet/Zoom/Teams, Campus hiring, Bulk hiring etc.)
Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
Expert in LinkedIn and Naukri sourcing
Expert in working with HR consultancies and contractors based on requirements
Any RMS/ATS software using experience will be an added advantage
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong tenacity and ability to build a solid network
MBA in HR is preferred
Certifications in Technical Recruitment will be an added advantage
