We are looking to hire an enthusiastic, energetic and ambitious Business Development Executive to join our team and build a strong portfolio of clients.

About The Role
· Researching organisations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets for our software services
· Create and maintain qualified prospecting customer data base.
· Researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions about purchasing
· Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
· Develop sales strategy and onboard new customers
· Focusing on building a long term relationship with the clients
· Ensuring that the client’s information is monitored and updated in CRM
· Providing inputs of client specifications to the delivery team also ensuring a smooth transition of client relationship to the team
· Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
· Plan, prepare and circulate marketing materials for our products and services
· Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company’s products
· Developing quotes and proposals for prospecting customers
· Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person
