As we expand our operations, we are seeking an experienced HR Specialist who is passionate about startups and ready to contribute to our growth journey.




1.  Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent across various roles and functions. Utilize diverse sourcing Channels, conduct interviews, and collaborate with hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment Process.

2.  Agreement Drafting and Contracts: Prepare and review employment agreements, offer letters, and other HR-related contracts, ensuring compliance with legal Requirements and company policies.

3.  Resource Management: Oversee all aspects of employee lifecycle management, including onboarding, training and development, performance management, and offboarding. Implement best practices to enhance employee engagement, retention, and overall satisfaction.

4.  Compliance and Policy Development: Stay updated with local labor laws and regulations, ensuring compliance in all HR-related matters. Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures to align with organizational goals and foster a positive work environment.

5.  Presentations and Communications: Create engaging presentations and deliver training sessions on HR topics, policies, and initiatives. Effectively communicate with employees, managers, and stakeholders, providing guidance and support on HR-related queries.

6.  Startup Development: Collaborate with the leadership team to define and execute HR strategies that align with the startup's vision and growth objectives. Contribute to building a strong company culture, fostering innovation, and creating an environment conducive to high performance.

7.  Reputation Management: Develop and implement employer branding initiatives to enhance the startup's reputation in the market. Leverage social media platforms and networking opportunities to attract top talent and position the company as an employer of choice.


Preferred skills

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.

- Proven experience in HR roles with a focus on talent acquisition, employee relations, and policy development, preferably in a startup environment.

- Knowledge of Indian labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices will be an added advantage.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Brief description :


1 to 2 years into HR operations/Generalist role

Co-ordinate the recruitment and employee engagement activities.

Complete any HR audit requirements as required

Provide general administration support to the HR department

Provide support  to users including resolving or supporting the issues connected with HR portals

Manage new starter checklist to ensure smooth onboarding process to all new employees

Support with HR reporting and analysis to ensure business improvement

Support HR transactions - researching, troubleshooting and resolving

Provides information by answering communications; referring special communication to the appropriate person.

Enrolls new employees by issuing forms and applications; verifying completion.

Maintains manager and employee confidence by keeping human resources information confidential.

Accomplishes human resources and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

Well developed interpersonal skills and able to deal with colleagues at all levels
