Responsibilities:
Participate in comprehensive training programs to learn the fundamentals of software testing.
Acquire knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
Assist in the development of test plans based on project requirements and specifications.
Collaborate with team members to understand testing objectives.
Execute test cases and document test results accurately.
Identify and report software defects with clear and concise details.
Work closely with development teams to understand software architecture and functionality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the quality of software products.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in software testing.
Actively seek opportunities for professional development within the testing domain.
Should possess knowledge of the Agile Model.
Have knowledge of Writing Test Cases, Execute Test Cases, Logging Defects, Defect Tracking and Prioritize Defects.
Preferred skills
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Commerce, or related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and a systematic approach to testing.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
A basic understanding of programming languages is a plus.
