About the role
We are actively seeking a skilled Project Engineer with expertise in PHP and Laravel to work in an Agile environment. The ideal candidate will lead and manage the end-to-end Agile project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining high-quality standards.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and milestones.
Guide development team in PHP and Laravel best practices.
Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot technical issues, and enforce coding standards.
Foster a collaborative team environment, providing mentorship and support.
Coordinate with teams for seamless integration of project components.
Implement and enforce quality assurance processes for bug-free and scalable solutions.
Perform thorough testing and validation of project deliverables.
Preferred skills
Requirements:
Graduation / Post Graduation (B.Tech / MCA) Computer Science or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in PHP and Laravel development.
Proven experience in project management and leading development teams.
Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze and solve complex problems efficiently.
