Brief description :
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our clients, users, and management to ensure the successful implementation of new projects. Your primary responsibility will be to analyze project proposals from various sectors, focusing on IT requirements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and document detailed project specifications.
Client Collaboration: Collaborate with clients, users, and management to thoroughly understand their needs in the new projects.Facilitate communication and gather requirements through interviews, workshops, and document analysis.
Project Analysis: Conduct a detailed analysis of project proposals received from different sectors, with a specific emphasis on IT requirements. Define Functional and Technical Requirements, Specifications, and develop documents such as FRS (Functional Requirement Specification), SOP (Standard Operating Procedure), SRS (System Requirement Specification), SDD (System Design Document), Test Scenarios, Use Cases, and End User Guides.
Process Evaluation: Evaluate existing business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization. Propose and implement solutions that enhance efficiency and align with organizational objectives.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with development teams to ensure a clear understanding of project requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate seamless communication and cooperation throughout the project lifecycle.
Documentation Management:Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and accessibility. Regularly update project stakeholders on the progress of documentation and any changes in project requirements.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role in the healthcare industry.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Proficiency in creating detailed project documentation.
