Brief description :

• Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

• Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
• Managing and controlling the recruitment and selection process.
• Develop and implement HR initiatives and strategies that are in line with the overall business plan.
• Responsible for employee welfare and employee engagements, employee grievance redressal.
• Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Support present and future company demands through growing, involving, inspiring, and preserving human capital.

• Create and keep track of the organization’s overall HR strategies, methods, and procedures.
• Cultivate a supportive workplace and work up to create a good work environment.
• Managing and maintaining the organization's values that promote optimum performance.
• Maintain the benefits and payment schedule which includes attendance monitoring, payroll, and other statutory components.
• Analyze the training requirements and implementation of training programs
• Report to management and use HR indicators to assist in decision-making
• Always maintain legal compliance while managing human resources.
• Liaoning with stakeholders
• Monitor and implement all administrative tasks within the organization
• Report preparations including HR metrics and data analysis
• Engage in manpower planning and preparing recruitment strategies
• Managing the HR and Admin team

Preferred skills

Qualification

• MBA in HR
• Experience working in an HR generalist role for more than 7 years
• Valid experience in HR functions including recruitment, administration, and generalist functions including performance management
• Experience working in a managerial role is preferred.
