We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development & Operations Trainee to join our team at Genrobotics Medical & Mobility. This training offers a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience in the fields of business development and operations within our Health-tech company. As an intern, you will work closely with our experienced professionals to support various aspects of our business growth and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities: 

1. Market Research and Analysis:

· Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and market trends.

· Analyze market data and competitor information to provide insights for strategic decision-making.

2. Business Development Support:

· Assist in identifying and reaching out to potential clients, partners, and customers.

· Help create and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals.

· Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for client acquisition and retention.

3. Operations Assistance:

· Support day-to-day operational tasks to ensure smooth business processes.

· Assist in optimizing internal workflows and procedures.

· Help manage inventory, logistics, or other operational aspects as needed.

4. Data Analysis and Reporting:

· Collect and analyze data to generate reports on key performance indicators (KPIs).

· Present findings and recommendations to the management team.

5. Project Coordination:

· Participate in special projects related to business development and operations.

· Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met.

6. Learning and Development:

· Proactively seek opportunities to learn and grow in the field of business development and operations.

· English language proficiency.  

Basic qualification : MBA (master's degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, or a related field.) or Biomedical Engineering (Diploma or Btech).

Remuneration : Stipend.
