Principal TECHNOLOGY TRAINER - Java FSD with Angular / React
Brief description :
- Plan, prepare and facilitate training, evaluation and feedback in Full Stack Development for fresh recruits of corporate clients.
- Coach the trainees on latest industry practices- CI/ CD, Cloud and Tools to develop application ground up.
- Coach trainees in OOAD and Agile practices
- Deliver Onsite/ Online training for overseas customers.
- Prepare training material which includes presentation, Assignments, Case Studies and Evaluation.
Preferred skills
- Graduate / Post graduate in Engineering/ CS with 5- 10 years of experience in Full stack Java with Angular/ React
- Excellent communication, presentation and mentoring skills
- Hands on Knowledge of Software Development Process, OOAD and Agile methodology. Knowledge in Tools like UML, mind maps
- Experience in Corporate training – an added advantage
- Good knowledge in OOP with Java, RDBMS (SQL and NoSQL), Unit Testing and Code Quality, JPA and Hibernate, Spring, Spring boot, Spring Security and Spring Cloud.
- Familiarity with testing tools like Mockito, Selenium, TestNG, JMeter is an added advantage.
- UI/ UX Development, and Unit Testing with Modern Java Script, HTML5, CSS and CSS frameworks like Bootstrap and Angular/ React JS.
- Enterprise Application Development with Micro Services/ REST APIand Testing.
- Version control and project management tools- GIT and JIRA
- Development and Deployment for Cloud on AWS, Cloud Native Development, CI/ CD with Jenkins
- Containerization with Dockerand Kubernetes
