Brief description :

• Plan, prepare and facilitate  training, evaluation and feedback  in  Full Stack Development for fresh recruits of corporate clients.
• Coach the trainees on latest industry practices- CI/ CD, Cloud  and Tools to develop application ground up.
  •    Coach trainees in OOAD and Agile practices
  •    Deliver Onsite/ Online training for  overseas customers.
  •    Prepare training material which includes presentation, Assignments, Case Studies and Evaluation

Preferred skills

Graduate / Post graduate in Engineering/ CS  with   5- 10 years of experience in  Full stack  .Net  (C#, .Net 4.5, .Net MVC and .Net Core) with Angular/ React
•    Excellent communication, presentation and mentoring  skills
•    Hands on  Knowledge  of Software  Development Process, OOAD  and Agile methodology. Knowledge in Tools like UML, mind maps
•    Experience in Corporate training – an added advantage
•    Good knowledge in  OOP with C#, RDBMS (SQL and NoSQL), Unit Testing and Code Quality, LINQ, Entity Framework, ASP.NET Core MVC.
•    Familiarity with testing tools like Moq, Selenium, xUnit, JMeter is an added advantage.
•    UI/ UX  Development, and Unit Testing with Modern Java Script, HTML5, CSS and CSS frameworks like Bootstrap and Angular/ React JS.
•    Enterprise Application Development  with Micro services/ REST API and  its testing.
•    Version control and project management tools- GIT and JIRA
•    Development and Deployment for Cloud on  Azure Cloud, CI/ CD with Azure DevOps
•    Containerization with Docker and Kubernetes
