Marketing Head (IT) 7+yrs of exp 

We are looking for a Marketing Head who’ll lead all our marketing activities from social media and digital campaigns to advertising and creative projects, responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive sales to business-to-business companies.

 Marketing head responsibilities include developing plans to help establish our brand, allocating resources to different projects and setting short-term and long-term department goals. If you’re a skilled Marketing strategist, able to inspire your team members, we’d like to meet you.



  • Craft strategies for all Marketing teams, including Digital, Advertising, Communications, and Creative.
  • Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets for the Marketing department Set, monitor, and report on team goals
  • Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages, and promotional material)
  • Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share
  • Monitoring industry trends in order to identify new opportunities for business growth
  • Reporting on the performance of marketing campaigns in order to make adjustments to increase efficiency and effectiveness
  • Maintaining relationships with existing clients in order to retain them as customers
  • Research new technologies in order to incorporate them into the company’s marketing strategy
  • Should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution
  • Creating reports that detail key metrics such as the number of leads generated by each campaign, so that the effectiveness of each campaign can be evaluated
  • Managing marketing budgets and overseeing all aspects of a company’s marketing activities
  • Providing leadership and direction to staff members throughout the organization
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing technologies and tools, and how they can be leveraged to improve marketing effectiveness
  • Develop and execute marketing plans that support the business objectives for multiple product lines in a B2B environment.
  • Supporting sales and lead generation efforts.
  • Aligning digital marketing strategies with overall business goals

Requirements and skills

  • 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing
  • Work experience must be in IT Industry
  • Experience in running successful marketing campaigns
  • Solid knowledge of web analytics and Google Adwords
  • Experience with CRM software
  • Leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals
  • Analytical mind
  • Proven track record of successful lead-generation campaigns
  • Experience managing a team of marketing professionals
  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
