Brief description :
Europe-based IT company in Thiruvananthapuram needs Sales Support Executives with Excellent verbal & written skills in English and basic technical knowledge.
Role:
Provide sales service support to a sales channel, region, or country
Work together with Sales teams in all stages of the sales and order process
Production of quotes & proposals
Provide all administrative work necessary to build a proposal or contract
Creation of new orders/modifications
Escalation & ownership point of contact for back-office support queries through to resolution
Investigate, troubleshoot, and redirect customer service issues on demand
Maintain opportunities and customer contacts in SAP C4C
Assist in winning opportunities: Assure that all relevant information is available to keep the customer informed and manage the relationship effectively
Required skills:
Willing to work in Europe shifts 12.00 pm to 9.00 pm
Should be a graduate
Should be a team player
Requires administrative/technical experience
Experience of working in a customer service role/ in a sales environment
Broad knowledge across a wide range of pre-sales
Microsoft Office: minimum intermediate level
