Brief description :
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated SEO Specialist to join our team. As an SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing, managing, and optimizing search engine optimization and pay-per-click advertising strategies to drive organic and paid traffic, improve search engine rankings, and increase conversions for our company's websites. You will work closely with the marketing and content teams to develop and execute effective SEO and PPC campaigns that align with our business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement SEO strategies: Conduct thorough keyword research, analyze website performance, and identify opportunities for improvement. Develop and execute on-page and off-page optimization strategies to enhance organic search visibility.
- Website optimization: Perform comprehensive website audits to identify technical SEO issues and provide recommendations for improvement. Optimize website structure, meta tags, headings, and content to improve search engine rankings and user experience.
- Content optimization: Collaborate with the content team to optimize website content, including blog posts, landing pages, product descriptions, and other digital assets. Ensure content is keyword-rich, well-structured, and aligned with SEO best practices.
- PPC campaign management: Plan, execute, and optimize pay-per-click advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads. Conduct keyword research, create compelling ad copy, set up landing pages, and monitor campaign performance to maximize ROI.
- Conversion rate optimization: Analyze website user behavior, conduct A/B testing, and implement conversion rate optimization strategies to improve website conversion metrics. Collaborate with the design and development teams to create engaging and high-converting landing pages.
- Monitor and analyze SEO and PPC performance: Utilize SEO and PPC tools and analytics platforms to track website rankings, organic and paid traffic, conversion rates, and other key performance indicators. Generate regular reports and provide insights to stakeholders on SEO and PPC performance and opportunities for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends: Keep abreast of the latest developments in search engine algorithms, SEO and PPC best practices, and industry trends. Continuously research and test new strategies and techniques to optimize website performance.
Preferred skills
- Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role, with a track record of improving search engine rankings, driving organic and paid traffic, and increasing conversions.
- In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO and PPC tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads, SEMrush, Moz, or similar.
- Strong understanding of on-page and off-page SEO techniques, including keyword research, content optimization, link building, and technical SEO.
- Experience in planning, executing, and optimizing PPC campaigns, preferably with Google Ads.
- Familiarity with website analysis tools and ability to interpret data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO, PPC, and digital marketing.
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
