Job Description 

Looking for an IT Systems & Network Administrator with at least 3 years proven expertise in managing IT systems and network including Microsoft 365 services.   

Job Responsibilities  

• Manage day-to-day administration and performance of servers and IT infrastructure including Microsoft 365 Services (Entra ID, Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, etc.) 
• Ability to manage Azure Resources – Virtual Machines, Databases, etc. 
• Monitoring and maintaining network resources including Firewalls. 
• Pro-actively implement security measures to prevent potential threats. 
• Ensure system backups and updates.  
• Provide Level 2 support to business users. 

Requirements 

• Bachler's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar. 
• Extensive experience in managing and troubleshooting IT systems and networks. 
• Solid working knowledge of the Microsoft stack of technology at administrator level, including Windows Server, Exchange, System Centre, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365. 
• Highly technical around networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP etc.), voice and data communications. 
• Knowledge of Cyber Security protection measures and tools.
