We are looking for a passionate Project lead who would like to learn and scale up quickly to join our team! As a Project lead at our company, you will have to work with new opportunities and develop your career.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

1. Determining project requirements and developing work schedules for the team.
2. Planning and monitoring of the project to ensure on time delivery.
3. Monitoring overall progress and use of resources, ensure no scope deviations and initiate corrective action where necessary.
4. Identifying risks and forming contingency plans as soon as possible.
5. Direct, manage and motivate the project team.
6. Prepare status reports and delivering presentations to the relevant stakeholders.
7. Manage client and handle client escalations.
8. Ensure process adherence and recommend process improvements.
9. Keeping up to date with industry trends and developments.
10. Involve in requirement, deployment and architectural discussions

Preferred skills

Requirements

1. 5-7 years of experience.
2. Strong understanding of agile scrum practices
3. Proficient in developing web applications using java/.net.
4. Strong understanding of front-end applications using angular/react.
5. Good understanding about devops and k8s deployments
6. Good understanding of microservices architecture and how mobile applications work
7. Excellent communication skills (written + verbal)
8. Excellent negotiation skills.
9. Self-driven personnel who take proactive decisions
