AdroitMinds, an IT services and product development company headquartered at Technopark, Trivandrum seeking a highly experienced UI/UX Lead to join our design team. As a UI/UX Lead, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the design team's work to create visually stunning and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications. You will have a deep understanding of user-centered design principles and be able to lead the team in producing high-quality work that meets our client's needs.
Preferred skills
· 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design or a related field
· Strong proficiency in design tools such as Figma or Adobe Creative Suite
· Deep understanding of design principles, including typography, colour theory, and layout
· Demonstrated experience with user-centered design principles and practices
· Excellent leadership and management skills
· Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
· Excellent communication and presentation skills
· A portfolio that demonstrates a strong understanding of UI/UX design principles and showcases your design process
